Children learning outdoors
This week the children in year 2 enjoyed their first Forest schools session. Over the course of this term they will be developing the pond area into a lovely space which they will be able to use for outdoor learning. They have been very busy clearing and tidying the space and have started filling the greenhouse with seeds. Some of the older children helped with the clearing at lunchtime. As you can see everyone has had a wonderful time and worked collaboratively, making a huge difference in just one afternoon!
