This morning we were joined by North Yorkshire Police and the Fire and Rescue and service. They spoke to the children about keeping safe at this time of year. They demonstrated the importance of being visible when out and about in the dark by wearing something reflective and carrying a torch. They also talked to the children about being safe near frozen water and not walking on frozen ponds or lakes.
