Our vision is to be a faithful community that loves, lives and learns with hope and joy; where everyone is valued and encouraged to flourish. We aim to provide a friendly, respectful and nurturing environment where all children and adults can learn, develop and become the best that they can be.
We believe that children, parents, carers and visitors can expect to be treated with dignity and courtesy, with prompt consideration being given to their needs and wishes. School staff aim to work in genuine partnership with parents, carers and the wider community and welcome suggestions on how to improve their services at any time. Any parent, carer or visitor who is uneasy or uncomfortable about any aspect of school should bring it to the attention of their child’s class teacher in the first instance, or with the Headteacher.
If this does not have a satisfactory outcome within a reasonable period of time, or if the problem reoccurs, then we would request that you put your concerns or complaint in writing, following the complaints procedure and using the relevant form which can be found in the appendix.
