We have had a lovely week full of Christmas fun and festivities. On Monday our class one and two children were absolutely brilliant in their Nativity play. They had worked hard to learn all the songs and gave some very confident performances! We had lots of positive feedback from the families and friends who came to watch – well done everyone!
It was our Christmas dinner on Wednesday – the children all made place mats and looked fantastic in their party hats – a big thankyou to James and Jackie in the kitchen for such a delicious lunch.
On Thursday we had our Christmas Carol service in church with a mixture of old and new carols and a rendition of jingle bells from Y4 on their ukelele’s. It was lovely to see the progress they have made in such a short space of time!
The week ended with a visit from the man in red himself! The children were so excited to see him and they had some lovely discussions about what they are hoping will be delivered to them next on Christms morning.
