What a brilliant sports day we had! After a very mixed weather forecast we ended up having a lovely afternoon and it was fantastic to see so many parents, friends and relatives there to support. We were very proud of the children because they really entered into the spirit of things; some of them were very nervous, but they did their best, had fun and were very good sports throughout. A big thankyou goes to all the children who volunteered to help with the races. We also need to thank Fred from Skipton Tennis Centre who had the really tricky job of spotting the 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed children Thanks also to Mr Poulter for his super organisation of the whole event.
